CASALOMA CANINE MOTEL

STAY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of all guests, the following requirements apply to all pets staying at Casaloma Canine Motel.

Vaccination Requirements

Dogs

All dogs must have a current C5 vaccination.

Cats

All cats must have a current F3 vaccination.

Vaccinations must be administered at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.

A valid vaccination certificate must be uploaded or provided before check-in.

Casaloma reserves the right to refuse admission if vaccination requirements are not met.

Health Requirements

All pets must:

* Be in good health
* Be free from contagious illnesses
* Be free from fleas, ticks and parasites
* Be fit for boarding

Owners must disclose any:

* Medical conditions
* Injuries
* Allergies
* Behavioural concerns
* Dietary requirements


Casaloma reserves the right to refuse admission if a pet is considered unsuitable for boarding.

Senior Pets

Pets aged thirteen (13) years and over, or pets with existing medical conditions, may require a veterinary fitness certificate issued within the previous twelve (12) weeks.

Additional care fees may apply for pets requiring extra monitoring or assistance.

Current Senior Care Fee: $5 per day.

Medication

Medication can be administered during your pet’s stay.

Owners must:

* Supply medication in original packaging
* Provide clear written instructions
* Disclose all medical conditions before arrival

Medication administration fees may apply.

Food and Feeding

Owners may:

* Supply their own food, or
* Request Casaloma supplied food

If supplying your own food, please provide sufficient food for the entire stay and clearly label all containers.

Any special dietary requirements must be advised before arrival.

Personal Belongings

Owners are welcome to provide:

* Bedding
* Blankets
* Toys
* Comfort items

While reasonable care will be taken, Casaloma cannot guarantee the return of personal items and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

Check-In and Check-Out

Please arrive during your scheduled check-in and check-out times.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Additional charges may apply for collections outside approved hours.

Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of illness, injury or emergency, Casaloma will attempt to contact the Owner and/or Emergency Contact.

If immediate treatment is required and contact cannot be established, Casaloma is authorised to seek veterinary treatment on behalf of the pet.

If Dundas Veterinary Hospital is unavailable, Casaloma may seek treatment from another suitable veterinary clinic or emergency veterinary hospital.

All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the Owner.

Additional charges may apply for transport, staff attendance and vehicle sanitisation.

Behaviour Requirements

For the safety of all guests and staff, owners must disclose any history of:

* Aggression towards people
* Aggression towards animals
* Resource guarding
* Separation anxiety
* Escape behaviour
* Excessive barking
* Bite history

Casaloma reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate boarding where a pet presents a risk to staff, other animals or itself.

Agreement

By making a booking with Casaloma Canine Motel, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Stay Requirements.
