Booking Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Changes to Booking Dates
Requests to change booking dates must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.
Casaloma Canine Motel cannot guarantee availability for amended dates.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 Days Before Check-in
Deposits may be transferred to a future booking within 12 months of the original booking date.
No cash refunds will be provided.
15–30 Days Before Check-in
50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
The remaining 50% may be transferred to a future booking within 12 months.
Less than 14 Days Before Check-in
The full deposit will be forfeited.
Peak Period Bookings
Peak periods include:
* Christmas & New Year
* Easter
* NSW School Holidays
* Public Holiday Long Weekends
For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in during peak periods, the full deposit will be forfeited.
Early Collection
No refunds, credits or discounts will be provided for pets collected earlier than the original booking period.
The full booking period remains payable.
No Show
If a pet does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and no notice has been provided:
* The booking may be cancelled.
* The deposit will be forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
Casaloma Canine Motel may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit in exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events.
Supporting documentation may be provided.
