Casaloma Pet Resort & Training Boarding Policies & Terms
Vaccination & Health Requirements
Dogs must have a current C5 vaccination. Cats must have a current F3 vaccination. Vaccinations must be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival. A valid vaccination certificate must be provided before or at check-in.
All pets must be microchipped in accordance with NSW regulations. Please provide your pet's microchip number when completing your booking
All pets must be up to date with flea, tick and intestinal worm prevention before arrival. If additional treatment is required during an extended stay, this can be administered at the owner's expense.
Puppies and kittens must have completed their full vaccination course and be at least 14 days past their final vaccination before being accepted for boarding.
Pets with overdue vaccinations may not be accepted. Any exceptions are at the discretion of management and must be approved prior to booking.
If a booking cannot proceed because vaccination requirements have not been met, any deposit paid may be forfeited.
Desexing is not mandatory for boarding. However, owners must advise us if their pet is not desexed. Management reserves the right to make suitable accommodation arrangements to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pets.
Medical, Senior Pet & Behaviour Requirements
If your pet has any medical condition, special dietary requirement or requires medication during their stay, please advise us at the time of booking.
All medications must be supplied in their original packaging with clear dosage instructions. Medication administration may incur an additional fee depending on the level of care required.
We welcome senior pets and understand that they may require additional attention and care. Owners must disclose any existing health conditions, mobility issues or ongoing treatments before arrival. In some circumstances, we may request veterinary advice confirming that boarding is suitable for your pet.
Owners must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, escape behaviour or other behavioural concerns before booking. Casaloma Pet Resort & Training reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay if a pet presents a risk to staff, other animals or itself.
Veterinary Care & Emergency Treatment
If your pet becomes ill, injured, or requires veterinary attention during their stay, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the emergency contact details provided at the time of booking.
If we are unable to reach you and urgent veterinary treatment is required, Casaloma Pet Resort & Training reserves the right to seek appropriate veterinary care on your pet's behalf and act in the pet's best interests.
All veterinary expenses, medications, consultation fees, emergency treatment costs and any associated transport or handling charges are the responsibility of the pet owner.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking during peak periods, including school holidays, Easter and Christmas.
More than 14 days' notice: Deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
Less than 14 days' notice: Deposits may be forfeited at management's discretion.
Peak periods: Deposits are generally non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be provided for early collection of pets
Additional Information
Owners are welcome to bring personal items such as blankets, toys or treats; however, all items should be clearly labelled. Casaloma Pet Resort & Training cannot accept responsibility for any items that become lost, damaged or soiled during your pet's stay.
If your pet requires a special diet, owners must provide sufficient food for the duration of the stay. Any medication must be supplied in its original packaging with clear administration instructions.
Dogs must be on a secure lead at all times when arriving and departing. Cats must arrive and depart in a secure carrier. All pets must be checked in and collected during designated business hours.
Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods, including Christmas, New Year, Easter and school holidays.
